1. How does the personalization process work?

To personalize a blanket, start by visiting the regular blanket product page. Click the "Personalize" button to enter the baby’s name and select customization options. Our preview tool will show you how the name will look using our embroidery-style fonts. Please note that the preview is very close to the final result but not 100% exact. It’s designed to give you a very good idea of how the name will appear on your blanket.

2. How much does personalization cost?

We charge a $15 fee to cover the cost of customization, including high-quality embroidery and careful craftsmanship.

3. What font styles and sizes are available?

We use high-quality sewing fonts designed specifically for embroidery. The name will be stitched in a one-inch font size for a clean and elegant look.

4. Can I choose the thread color?

Yes! We offer a selection of thread colors so you can match your style. You’ll see the available options when personalizing your blanket.

5. How long does it take to personalize and ship my order?

Personalized blankets take 4 days for customization before shipping. Once ready, we’ll ship your order according to your selected shipping method.

6. Can I make changes after placing my order?

Because personalized items are custom-made, we start processing them quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to modify your order.

7. Can I return or exchange a personalized blanket?

Since each personalized blanket is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or an error on our part. Please double-check your spelling before placing your order!

8. What if my blanket arrives with an error?

We take great care to ensure accuracy. However, if we make a mistake on your order, we’ll replace it at no additional cost. Just reach out to us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

9. Do you offer bulk orders with personalization?

Yes! If you're interested in ordering personalized blankets in bulk (for gifts, businesses, or special events), contact us for special pricing.
