We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase on non-personalized blankets. Customized blankets are final sale unless there is a defect or error on our part. see our refund policy for more details.

10. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

12. Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and if your order has not been shipped we will gladly accommodate you. Personalized orders cannot be modified once production has started.
